Portfolio heat-map
Paste your postcodes. We read the band, floor area and expiry date off the register for every building and rank the portfolio by exposure – what is unlettable today, and what falls in the 2031 cohort.
Have us run the whole portfolio properly
Beyond sixty properties we match your schedule against the full register, flag every expired and sub-standard certificate, and return the two at-risk cohorts as a working list.
Common questions
Do I need to know each building's EPC band?
No. Paste postcodes and the tool reads the band, floor area and expiry date straight off the register for you – that is usually the whole reason for running it. There is a second mode for pasting figures you already hold, which does no network calls at all.
Does my portfolio data get uploaded?
In postcode mode the postcodes are sent to our register lookup, because that is the only way to fetch the certificates. Nothing else is sent and we do not store the list. In manual mode nothing leaves your browser at all.
Why does one postcode return several buildings?
A postcode often covers a parade or an estate. Add a street or building name after a comma – OX1 1BP, Pembroke Street – to narrow it.
Can you run this across a larger portfolio?
Yes. Beyond about sixty properties, send us the schedule and we will match it against the full register and return the two at-risk cohorts as a working list.
