What personal data we collect
When you use our services we collect the following:

| Talk to us (Box C) | Your name, company, email, phone, and the contents of your message. |
| Account login | Name, email, password (stored hashed), phone, company, role. |
| Through use of the service | The properties you have added, EPC certificate references you have selected, the roadmap data you enter, lease and ownership data you record. |
| Automatically (cookies) | A session identifier (essential for login), a coupon-usage identifier (essential for the £49 check), and a privacy-banner acceptance flag. |
Why we use it (lawful basis)

You can withdraw your consent for marketing at any time by emailing the contact above or replying "STOP" to any marketing email.
How long we keep it

| Payment transaction records | 7 years (UK tax law). |
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to our retention obligations.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — for any consent-based processing, at any time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always posted at evenhub.uk/privacy. Substantive changes will be notified to logged-in users by email or in-app banner.
